At the heart of CC Training Academy is a commitment to excellence. Our founder, Charlene Carr brings over 14 years of experience teaching in Further Education across London Colleges. Combining her Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), assessor and internal quality assurance (IQA) qualifications with two decades of industry expertise, Charlene’s competence is not confined to classroom instruction alone. Through her guidance, she has actively facilitated the sharing of effective teaching practices across a variety of departments within the learning sector.

Her commitment and approach to teaching and mentorship has resulted in measurable outcomes, with Charlene receiving outstanding Ofsted observations consecutively during her years of teaching. Learners frequently attest to her dedication, with testimonials highlighting increased confidence, skill development and new found confidence.
